Sewing: 6 Week Course

6 Week Sewing Class Program: LEVEL 1 & 2

Kids 7+
Level 1: Thursdays from Sep 26 – Nov 7

Learn the fundamentals of sewing, including how to safely operate a sewing machine as well as a variety of embroidery hand stitches. Create both functional and artistic textile crafts and design and create your own projects after completing a pillow, a tote bag, and an embroidered wall hanging.


Level 2: Thursdays from Nov 14 – Dec 19

After completing Level 1, sewing students will advance to Level 2. You will build more confidence operating a sewing machine and learn more advanced techniques such as pattern making, weaving and how to add attachments such as zippers or pockets.
